faulty coffee maker in room promptly replaced and room service on request suited us and reduced waste

main reason i booked was 24 he room service , which was very misleading

no room service for morning coffee or a la crate breakfast

no room service available

they advertise room service which is not available

there was no room service between nights, had to ask for dry towels, manager was gruff

stayed there for 3 nights & not a single day room service was available

room service was non existent breakfast was an assortment of unhealthy processed prepackaged

too expensive for 4 nights without any room service.

desk guy was super helpful and polite room service was very good

in the tuck's restaurant there was one waitress and she was also doing room service
