i love the room service and the restaurant

room service breakfast need attention

gorgeous hotel with nice restaurant on grounds. room service was exceptional.

enjoy this hotel because of the room service, however this time, it was not the best because the staff was not willing to listen

up on the hill with a view of the city was amazing the service was good a little slow with the room service but they made sure our needs were met

the room service maybe a discount in larger facilities for reg coming from lancaster ca would b nice

the king suite and had no phone in room to order room service

it took 1 1/2 hours for room service to figure out how to make and deliver it to my room after three calls to desk asking

check in, pleasant and friendly staff, clean rooms, comfy beds, ac worked great, great breakfast, good towels

was disappointed that the restaurant and room service was closed when i arrived

it was a water leak and the pool is not heated

dinner is good steak and fish and great bar and morning breakfast looks good to

the pool closes to early. @ 2000 hrs. bit outdated furniture
