you didn't offer a continental breakfast and that i couldn't order room service for breakfast the night before
jj astor was closed during our stay and room service was also not offered during our stay
room had no tv guide, nor a listing for ordering food of any kind whether it be room service or ordering a pizza, the website stated a complimentary breakfast, there was none
the staff was very friendly and while limited availability the room service food was excellent
room service was ridiculously expensive.

each morning to lyric and were told that a food wait would be about 45 min because they also do room service
they had 2 pools. room service was very friendly.

the cheese and crackers in the late afternoon, kids loved the pool and excellent breakfast

were only sheers on the windows, and we were on the first floor with a parking lot right outside the window where people walked by to get into the building
easy access to parking and all attractions from canal park to shopping up at the mall
needed an early check in and had no problem doing that
