it had a pool but, it was to cold to use it

unfortunately their breakfast room was under construction so it was basically unavailable for my stay

i had to log into wifi regularly, it didn't stay 'on' throughout my stay.

personel did not want us help with wifi

people have car s broken down all over the parking lot, dog poop isn t being picked up

area was a little sketchy and room service must have opened the door to our room 5 times to clean it when they knew we were still

area and room service was very pushy about trying to clean our room still 3:00 hours before check out time

housekeepers could of cleaned our room or asked if we needed room service

was cold first night, second night it was warmer, rugs were stained, room service never cleaned the room the first night, no decalf coffee in the room, carpet in

i wanted to use the laundry room and unfortunately, it was out of service.

that was flaking apart, french toast for breakfast was soggy it was practically a soup), ordered room service for dinner at 4pm and told to place tray in hallway tray remained even after i checked

liked the fact that it had a restaurant, room service and bar/lounge

we went down and complained about no room service

there is a shuttle to airport available and getting late check was a plus

laundry available 24 hours and gim room is perfect

the courtesy airport shuttle was not available to us and we had to call an uber - this again was due to staff shortage

for example, the airport shuttle doesnt normally run on sundays
