stunning views of sugarmill and nevis peak makes the pool feel the perfect place in the world

they need to do something about the spa though, make it nicer and hire an onsite therapist

the randomness of the 3 donkey's running past on the beach at sunset & then seeing a group in the parking lot at night when coming back

the restaurant and bar are fine but just seem to suffer from lack of clientele - meaning they often shut early

characterful place, you have to hang out in the bar and meet the locals, it's really what nevis is about

the spa was excellent. the service and staff were amazing! the room was breathtaking.

only visited the spa once in 6 days because it closed so early, before sunset, but it was lovely

r example they charge you over $50 a day as a resort fee for using their hotel pool)

we thought we were booking a relaxing wellness week, but the spa opened late and closed early, so if you have day excursions, you ll miss it

they close early so not much for room service

there was entertainment on at the bar area 2 or 3 nights per week

when i came back to my room that evening only to find out there was no room service

it was well done and serve....room service was great. the place was very quiet and peaceful

it was not open for lunch and sadly the beach bar was closed for renovations and the aqua bar next door was firmly shuttered

the staff at check in and the beautiful view. the kids enjoyed the pool too.

the most comforting is that the all staff(event staff, reception, security, bar and restaurant, room service staff) were amazingly friendly and very helpful (+)very good and room service and staff were really good. (-) and room service took very long to deliver food ordered with some mistakes in the order (+) the food was great, even room service arrived hot and perfect

the bar was a nice place to unwind, the prices of all beverages were very reasonable, and the morning

they have a small gym with 2 pelotons, the gardens down to the ocean were absolutely gorgeous

once settled, we went to the pool and were wowed by the unbelievable sunset
