not very good room service from maids.

burn holes all in the covers and room service was beating on the door all morning after telling them we were fine

if they provide them food but they should eat after paying customers 2 days we stayed never had room service make up our rooms or replace towels

in makes you feel so relaxed even when you're in there walking around lying back relaxing at the pool enjoying the

swimming pool and laundry facilities. and it was close to locations.

rooms look out at parking lots

we did see deer in the property and the kids really enjoyed that, but that's not exclusive to the resort

room we got was overlooking the parking lot eventhough at the desk they said you would have a nice view with mountains

view and specified not on the 1st floor and you see the lake but with a pretty large view of the parking lot, 2nd and 3rd floor might be slightly better, but 2nd floor rooms have not been updated

the cozy ambiance you would expect, no noise insulation, lake view i paid for is ruined by the parking lot

no maid service. nothing to do in the hotel. room service was good.

pool heater was broke and restaurant was only available for room

meals we re either room service or dining out

really enjoyed room service for dinner and our breakfast in the restaurant

enjoyed the room service and the gift shop on site

room service came early even though check out time was 12:00 pm

was told at check in that room service was available however when i called they would not answer the phone and i tried

no room service facility and some of the restaurant staff were not service oriented at all
