little parking for larger vehicles with trailers

parking was free and near my room, so that was nice

no snow removal so unsafe parking lot/sidewalk/entry ways

filthy dirty. unfriendly staff. rear parking area isolated so likely high car break in occurance

was very springy, kids wouldn't have been able to sleep on it but the staff gave extra blankets to cushion

breakfast oatmeal bar was amazing the room was spacious the staff was friendly and accommodating

water didn't in bathroom and cold water didnt work in kitchen hot tub was broke and was main reason for staying in morning was loud vibration noise above

also, rather than just signage stating room service upon request, it will be helpful to communicate this with your guests upon checkin
