great staff, facility, food, indoor pool

bed very comfortable and clean,breakfast was yummy thumbs up

a bad rating on the facilities and staff though because they really were good, other than the wifi being a little slow, but that wasn t a big deal for us this trip

doing construction in parking lot at the back of the hotel.

all of the necessities including a fridge and microwave, free wifi, hdtv, office center, and a laundry room

but i wish since the laundry takes quarters, they were accessible

the pool is a bit offset from the hotel, but nothing to complain about

loved that they didn't charge a pet fee

called the front desk multiple times because we couldn't find the wifi password and nobody answered, we even went down there and still nobody was there

billy, went above and beyond to make us and our pet feel welcome

booking the room and checking out was easy and i had a room that was located right near parking

was great breakfast was so and so but it was nice and quiet there is a $50 deposit if you pay it with card

weather lol alot of rain and they cant help that but i will say the pool covering was down tight cause that wind was trying really hard to take it with it somewhere

need more selections at breakfast though as cereal is not everybody's thing especially us lactose intolerant people

no information in the room about happy hour, breakfast times, no information about the spa, room service no information about services at all

putting comet or bleach in the sink and tub drains in between lodgers is a great help also the parking lot could use some trash pickup

they don't have much parking.
