quick room service when called for towels
the staff were very accommodating. the pool area is superb!
whole time we were in there and we had to leave earlier than we wanted to each time because our kids would start coughing from the chlorine and couldn’t stop
great value for money, the wifi was fast. staff was very attentive and easy going.
parking before check-in leaves you wandering around the parking garage until you find a way out.

breakfast wasn?t very good. not many choices, very limited.

we were in the pool a group of girls were screaming and putting towels in the hot tub

obe afternoon through evenibg there was a large group of people getting drunk in the parking lot by our vehicle making it uncomfortable for us to even go outside

the hotel is near several great restaurants and the kids enjoyed the pool.
wifi wasn't strong enough to access any internet site or e-mail
convienent location, breakfast was great, pet friendly, old chicago connected.
even the stairs leading up to door was prob half a foot and that s where the handicapped parking was
loud with lot's of kids, in a busy friday night.
