were no towels clean for the pool when we went swimming, and the lady who worked the desk that night was kind of rude

breakfast was a good choice of hot or cold food and there was also a guest laundry room

beds were very comfortable, the hotel staff was warm and friendly and the breakfast was wonderful

wifi was incredibly slow and disconnected frequently

i tried to call front desk for wifi password and no one answered for over two hours

the parking lot was packed, so it was a little difficult to maneuver out of a parking space

the full kitchen was really convenient

also the shuttle took us to the hospital that was nice not having to fight for a parking spot once we got there

the only thing i didn't like was crossing lanes of traffic to get into the parking lot

having two rooms, especially with little kids is very nice. all staff nice and friendly.

the amount of square footage. very comfortable bed. nice kitchen and tv's.
