location & ample parking. that covers it.

the motels fault, but some guy parked his vehicle with a boat along the parking area taking up much needed parking for others

then the morning comes and nothing at all i tried all different ways and then had to call room service for a ten dollar pot of coffee

we almost gave up on ordering room service as the phone wasnt answered after several attempts

both or those times were outside the times room service was available

the lounge and room service i could go on forever lol but all in all it was a wonderful
