the gentlemen that checked us in to the people in the restaurant, to the individuals who provided room service
also we had trouble using the wifi so my kids couldn't watch their tablets

offered coffee in the lobby in the morning, which was nice since they didn't have breakfast or room service
they don't offer room service, and on sundays, their restaurant closes at 6 pm.
