we weren't able to get a hold of room service late at night (the front desk attendant took a restroom break) but the officer on (+) room service was outstanding as well (+) room service food was the best i've had anywhere and i've stayed all over at the best hotels (-)on our second full day there was no room service even though we were gone all day. (+)clean, quiet, comfortable bed, staff was friendly, room service was great. (-) ordered room service, over an hour later called asking for a delivery time (-)insufficient cleaning and room service

modern, clean, upscale feel and amenities, first class breakfast and coffee.

gym was clean and had the basics, dinner was good, breakfast very good, lattes awesome

the back patio is lovely for gathering a d dining and love having a bar & a real cooked breakfast

only improvement would be the cleanliness of the in room bar / coffee area

++ service was the room service for all meas that you wanted, prices were affordable, a lot of food and great
