the staff was great. parking was free and available. it was located nearby our destination.

loved the size of the pool, sauna, and whirlpool

we went to their bar and were welcomed

a small microwave; clothes iron & ironing board; dresser drawers; closet with clothes hangers; wifi access included with room; tv with some standard cable channels, but no streaming

place was clean breakfast was amazing

had a gym

the room service was superb

pool was really cold did get room deposit refunded

the place was veryyy clean, it gives a new vibe and we only stayed one night but we got in veryy late and was helped right away and they allowed us a late check out which was really helpful

wish the pool was open.

was requested they didnt show, when issues were reported they were not corrected, and the pool was freezing cold

i like the design of the bathroom, the breakfast was great.

the kids quieted down, but kept playing, like kids do, in the pool

the pool water was cold and disappointed there was not an operating hot tub

we arrived at 11:30pm there was not a single parking stall left and we had to park across the street in the shopping center lot front door was
