room service dishes sat outside doors for days

there was no clear room service schedule posted anywhere and when ever i called the front desk to inquire it seems

the wait for dinner on the rooftop terrace and for room service was really long

terrasse/bistro/room service menu is not very appealing

prompt room service for breakfast

there was an outdoor pool i didn't have time to use but it's nice that it was available

the lovely lady who served us while we stayed there ran up to the parking lot with cold water bottles for us to take back on our drive back

the pool and children s play area were not really usable.

and 2 friendly little dogs met me out in the parking lot

the online menus mentioned an 15% room service fee, but when we called to order in, we were told it was an 18% fee we were obligated

was expecting room service, like someone to make the bed and fix the room, but i did not have that

wanted to order room service from our room and both hotel restaurants said they had no more room for clients or any

they have painted the outdoor doors nicely and added some picnic tables and a playground for kids

everything was good loved the pool and the nice room

the hotel facilities, pool and new air conditioner is a plus

kids loved it as much as the zoo
