the handicap room was not accessible from the handicap parking i had to be let in by a staff person it was not an independent moment i saw many other

sprucing up the parking lot would go a long way to making the place feel safe and more inviting

is a swimming pool, however it was not clean, it was green and filthy

condition of pool, need a little work on the carpet.

a few left over room service trays left out overnight so they were on the walkway

were disappointed that room service was not available when we stayed, and since there are no places to buy snacks or any

food was pretty good, especially the cornbread, but no room service, we had to go pick up any orders ourselves

no room service in spite of repeated reminder.
