the lovely women at the front desk to the kind ladies in housekeeping to stephanie in room service (who brought ice cream) (+) better make reservations for the restaurant but if you don t you can order room service (+) room service delivers with a smile and if something is needed they tend to it right away (+)front desk staff and room service staff were so sweet and helpful making suggestions for restaurants and things to do (-)we ordered room service and the food was great but they didn't provide us any silverware (+) restaurant onsite that offers room service (+)the room was fine and the restaurant attached was very good. room service was excellent.
