second day room service did not make bed

great hotel and pool.

we love the bar and grill

wifi only worked in the lobby. breakfast was very limited. no fruit either.

the rooms are large and the kitchen is a lifesaver if you need to travel on a budget

staff was excellent. breakfast was fantastic. pool and hot tub area were clean.

we ordered room service dinner from carino's italian restaurant and this was delicious

clean/ location/ breakfast/ comfortable/ places to eat nearby/ awesome coffee shop across the parking

i specifically googled “heated pools” cause i wanted the kids to play with glee, but our pool time was cut short due to goosebumps, and blue lips

all of it was great but a special thanks to jake who was our shuttle driver, he was awesome!

bar and restaurant were weak

there was a concert in the bar parking lot we could hear until 11pm on the 4th floor

bar area a bit small for a busy saturday night

room is clean, beds are comfortable, shower has nice pressure and the hotel offers heated pool, gym and restaurant

the restaurant connects the hotel should be open longer and provide room service

the room service restraunt was confusing

we didn't know you had to request room service. so our room was not clean 1 day

for the kids, kept getting excuse after excuse on how short staffed they are after they confirmed room service, just to go sit and wait for the food that was already sitting on the warmer for god
