pool needs updated

the parking lots kinda small

night i arrived there was a hunk of curbing in the parking lot which i didn't see in the dark and i ran over it which caused dammage to my vehicle

the laundry was next door to me.

druggies all over the parking

the room, lack of parking next to our room, the bed, the 70's look of the room.

it had a very well lit parking lot.

outdated it looked like a run-down crack motel there was a other guest partying all night in the parking lot shouting and cussing at each other could not get any rest dead bugs in the corner the

room service was great

the food is incredible and room service staff was amazing

my husband and i enjoyed room service and i was able to take my kids

i ordered room service, a real treat, and it was delicious and brought right to me in bed practically

the pool area needs a little updating honestly.

the burger bar has excellent food and drinks. pool hours from 6am-11pm.

very clean room, a well illuminated parking area and a very corteus manager in the front desk.

the parking was well lit, and the neighborhood is quite safe

connection was having a little issue, but the wifi was great so i just used my ipad to watch something instead

view and specified not on the 1st floor and you see the lake but with a pretty large view of the parking lot, 2nd and 3rd floor might be slightly better, but 2nd floor rooms have not been updated

room we got was overlooking the parking lot eventhough at the desk they said you would have a nice view with mountains

don t book rooms on the 2nd floor that look out to the parking area, besides not being renovated the view is unpleasant and offers no privacy unless you

we did see deer in the property and the kids really enjoyed that, but that's not exclusive to the resort

pool heater was broke and restaurant was only available for room

meals we re either room service or dining out

no maid service. nothing to do in the hotel. room service was good.
