the room service restraunt was confusing

staff, clean room, lovely atrium, room service hamburger was delicious, inexpensive drinks at the bar

was not open as stated on the website, no functioning ice machines except in executive wing, room service was only if the restaurant wasn t busy - i called for a pot of coffee & was told

didn't work rented for 3 but no extra bedding fold out sofa mattress for 3rd guest was stained so room service, or at least no info provided on menu, or other services

the room service food was not good

towels in the room, called room service more than once and still didn t receive any

room service food service room was warm air didnt work right

we ordered room service and had to go pick up-no

boss pizza did not do room service as the room description described

we didn't know you had to request room service. so our room was not clean 1 day

pool was great loved that room service was available

we ordered room service dinner from carino's italian restaurant and this was delicious

they called a cab for me for a 4 am arrival, courtesy of the hotel, because the shuttle wasn t running that early in the morning to the airport

was an amazing place to stay for kids and family dog

when we pay this amount to stay the night with kids and to not have the pool to work

loved that it had a pool and grills to grill out and it had a laundry room to use

the suite with the two seperate bedrooms and batthroom and living area and mini kitchen

a suite with a room for our kids and a separate room for us with a connected living area is perfect

later we saw the singular waiter delivering a room service order so probably he was just overloaded

only draw-backs were the small bathroom and the food from room service

we ordered room service twice and both times our orders were wrong

to the restaurant: we arrived late and were exhausted, didn t feel like going out, ordered room service, and were pleasantly surprised - very tasty, hearty dishes

the bar staff was extremely accommodating and helpful

so easy to access the hospital and the parking ramp if needed

the walkway to the hospital. the friendly staff. the laundry room. and the breakfast.

room, beds were ok, gym is nice, pool is ok but cold

underground parking, starbucks in the hotel, and both the starbucks and the restaurant look out over the river

the best spot , friendly staff upon check in and check out , restaurant in the hotel was amazing parking is a little weird but they have plenty of space in the garage area under the hotel also

the rooms are off indoor hallways and it has a fitness room

the breakfast was hot biscuits and gravy,waffles, toast, and cold cereals

wifi only worked in the lobby. breakfast was very limited. no fruit either.

should expand the breakfast area.

wifi was inadequate. only problem i had.

second day room service did not make bed

complimentary breakfast along with inadequate pool & hot tub makes the price seem a little excessive - not a good value

while we were disappointed originally, the staff at the bar / restaurant was great

pool and hot tub was a welcome sight

pool was great and the spa had nice jets

every time we were in the pool, which was three different weekday nights, the pool area was packed

kids loved the water park

nice decor. great breakfast loved the body works products except for below

the pool/water park was excellent & very clean.

although the pool is currently being worked on, some of it was open which was enough for our kids to be entertained
