room service came in without giving us time to respond. didn t need them that day.

was stuffy something bothers our awesome, friendly staff though would have liked room service and on demand to

not clean, bathroom tile with obvious mold and carpets dirty. no stay over room service.

wish the laundry room could've been accessible at all hours instead of having to wait until 8

wifi was not as consistent or strong as i would have liked but worked.

the well appointed and spacious guest rooms, to the gorgeous victorian garden and selection of indoor ferns this hotel

loved the antique furniture, fireplace, super comfy bed and even a bar sink

wifi was not accessible in our room

cool bar and bottle shop in the lobby

and an arrow sign on the way out of the parking lot would be great

the property was clean, parking close and well lit

the staff were great at dealing with my issue with the pet fee that booking

didn t like the lack of parking area

i went to complain, and there was a creepy guy hanging around the parking lot, so i waited for him to leave

parking was horrible hard to back out or even turn around

had to back out all the way back to main road to get out of motel parking

parking and the pillows.
