com- upon arrival at 4pm there was carpeting literally covering the parking area- we went to dinner at suggestion of night manager, but upon our return 2 hours late,
clean, plenty of parking, easy access.
no elevator only outdoor stairs in rain and parking only in back but room in front of hotel again in pouring rain

the pool was green and tiny in a horrible location. the restaurant attached was closed:
pool was a little small when there were a good bit of kids
friendly front desk staff and manager enjoyable breakfast wish they had more connected rooms
breakfast was not being attended too.no water in the workout room
hotel is brand new fresh and clean. nice breakfast.
