great room service

wish the pool was bigger

beds, good breakfast, pool was warm and great location

it didn t really bother me, this inn is located in a shopping center parking lot

clean, comfortable room with great parking and nearby restaurants.

tells me there is no room service

pot is broken and leaked coffee everywhere , our phone didnt work i had to use my cell phone for room service

indoor pool was a hit, room service quick and delicious, staff friendly and helpful!

also the staff is lazy and rude, couldn't even get us the menu for room service, that's supplied in the rooms but not in ours

at this point, room service had been expected since we were gone several hours

delivering room service at night came into the room with the tray, without being invited in and was quite

tavern in the sky restaurant and bar both closed on monday and tuesday

the staff were nice, the rooms are exceptionally clean, and the room service from heritage restaurant was one of the best meals i've ever had

room was spacious, well stocked and comfortable

loved the fact that it was a late check out time at 12pm i was able to get much needed rest and not have to leave so

also the spa prices are over priced

rooftop bar open late (at least during our stay) and nice restaurant (+) the rooftop bar was the perfect way to send the day (+) roof-top bar was wonderful with an amazing menu of craft cocktails (+) the bed was comfortable to sleep on and the mini bar in the room was beyond impressive, since they had full/medium size bottles of liquor that (+) the roof top bar with very fair prices

kids loved the water park which had nice long hours

room was not cleaned by room service the entire stay friday thru monday

parking was very convenient (i m handicapped) i also loved the walk in shower (-)not nearly enough parking for the size of the hotel but we managed to find a spot (+) the location is great there was enough parking for our truck and race trailer (+) parking is easy (-) parking lot is small (-)serious lack of available parking (-)parking.one evening we had to park across the street (-)hotel parking lot was over full both nights and we had to park across street in a separate lot (-)parking. it was hard to find parking if you get in late.
