i had booked the hotel because it has a pool, but it was closed, and this for a long time the receptionist said, it did not say on the

swimming pool was out of order and it was 108 outside the day we booked the room

check (they weren't being bad, just kids messing around and splashing, but there was a separate pool more suitable for that and parents did not correct them when they did splash other guests) (-)and some of the hotel staff were incredibly rude to the cosplayers, especially about the pool and photographs (+)hotel grounds, great/large pool area for adults and kids, excellent adherence to covid mandates, and large, comfortable room (+)loved location it was beautiful. loved pool area and frozen drinks a must!!
