food selection in the pool area came from the same restaurant

the main pool in the resort was being renovated and i think this caused the extremely low price

needs more shadows from threes, more seating areas on the beach an along the pool sides...

loved the bowling/games area + the pool/jacuzzi areas

i really like the breakfast and the pool.

:) the beach is right in front of the hotel, and the pool areas are also nice

the gardens ,pool and beach was well maintained and beautiful

the location, views ,grounds, staff,pool.

only problema we have was with the snacks at the pool, apparently the kitchen was very busy so i took almost 1 hour for our order to

perfect decoration, comfortable rooms, excellent location, beautiful and pristine beach and pool, excellent customer service

only one pool for kids

property is nice, the beach is clean, the swimming pool is very nice, surrounded by beautiful palm trees and the staff is friendly, in general

just a bit twisty the way from the building to the main swimming pool

as a consequence, none of the facilities of the building were working: neither the pool, nor the saunas

the only thing we liked was the food and the pool

it was located on the 3rd floor right be a gorgeous pool but extremely loud

the parking lot is safely guarded but mostly dark and unsafe to drive in and move up and down the ramps

hotel complex is huge, it has a bungalow area plus 5 towers each with a pool with view to the sea, the restaurants are good but we didnt try them all

similarly, in all my hours poolside i was never asked once by service if i wanted a drink

the room was beautiful and the pool was well taken care of and amazing

it felt like a mexican resort with all the restaurants and pools

the pool was a highlight, providing the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the surroundings
