we initially came in very upset over the fact that the pool we booked the hotel for was closed but the front desk attendant who checked us in upgraded us

hard trying to find a spot at the pool bc people leave towels and go to the beach
enjoyed the many pools and large beach
sara at the pool cabanas was great she was in top of everything
many guests left towels on chairs by the main pool to hold them, but never returned to use them
