just that the pool wasn't opened yet. but that wasn't their fault.
chose that particular hotel for the value and the fact that it had a pool and continental breakfast but when we got there the pool was closed and there was no
no breakfast & outdoor pool wasn't available due to covid

would have given them 10 stars but i called ahead of time to see if they had a pool and hot tub they said yes but didn't state that the hot tub heater wasn't working
loved the pool great location next to restaurants and the water park breakfast was good

beds were very comfortable. pool was open which was a plus during covid.

we came down at 6am or 8am staff was cleaning, refilling items and friendly and traveling in door pool was
pool was smaller than we hoped. though there was no hot tub,the pool was pretty warm.
the breakfast was good and the pool was warm
love swimming and the pool was actually heated
plus even though they didn't have an indoor hot tub the indoor pool was hot
