an upgrade to a room with sea view (505), which gave us a wonderful view over the paradise like pool landscape and the ocean with a spacey balcony (+)pools were all lovely - the adult pool was huge and plenty of sun beds and shades (+)service and a beautiful garden/pool area (4 pools (+)pool was heated so it wasnt too cold for our baby (+)great selection of food, excellent pool and spa and very classy and comfortable. (-)complimentary water in the room, no welcome drink, the water in the pools is too cold, even in the kids pool (it should be definitely heated), the restaurants are (-) the pool was very cold (+)pool area + beach staff comfortable rooms

the closer commercial centre who had new bikes - may cost little more but worth it - although the spa itself was good it was a little tired and felt drab i had a massage which was not good - gloopy

the gym classes were excellent as well

bar food not good quality for the price

point which we have noticed a few times the smell around the bar pool can be quite bad

were very lucky with the weather but appreciated the fact that two of the outdoor pools were heated

choice of beverages around the pool area were good and the pool bar was excellent too, great staff

rooms superclean, comfortable, pool clean and amazing, drinks tasty and plenty of choices, no issues with extending stay, staff

the rules in the pool are sometimes taken too strict

we didn't use the pool but it looked quite nice

during our 2 days stay, the hammam wasn't working in the wellness and the water in the indoor pool

10 euros was expensive simply to use the inside pool

great family rooms. patio right near pool area. great for kids playing and parents relaxing.
