river was closed and then the slides was closed, just got in 1 time and they closed and toddler pool was soo cold :( other then that (-)full of people majority of day - best time to take the kids to the pool was early or evening when people filtered out from day (+)the pool, the park, starbucks on sight, shopping minutes away! i love it! (-)could use more towels at the pool and our sink didn t work quite right in the room (-)the water park could include a wave pool. (+)that you didn't have a normal pool to just lounge in, only one small mirror, slow elevator. (-)breakfast is not included in room stay. there's no actual pool. (+) we were on the 1st floor, we enjoyed being super close to the pool area (+) we ate mostly at the restaurant by the pool, the food was good and hot and hit the spot (-)we got a chemical reaction from pool but that means it's super clean!

the wifi did not work, i was told it was because the hotel was busy

bed was really comfortable and the rooms was nice and big for little kids to have some space

, it was a kids from another room) quick to act on request

laundry was not free- $2 in coins or download an app and pay $10 (least) on app to have it work (-) laundry is on the 3rd floor and only 2 washers & 2 (+) the laundry room was fairly clean

room was very clean, the staff was friendly and the pool was great!

the rooms were clean, the pool was sparkling, the grounds were very well kept

it was super clean, quiet the beds were super comfy and the outdoor pool was great.

the pool + water slide + jacuzzi was awesome

we had a nice weekend stay. the kids had a lot of fun. the pool is very nice and clean!
