dining room is more like a canteen than a restaurant - very loud music in the bar and around the pool

pool chairs were too few, we couldn't take them to enjoy the pool

of sun loungers around the pool offer of afternoon tea / snacks staff accommodated my daughter's birthday with a cake request

the pool was clean and heated

hotel was huge with a fabulous pool and the apartment was massive

the aquapark’s pool is not heated, it is not possible to use it during winter-the water is very cold

facilities this included swimming pool, gym, outdoor facilities, daytime entertainment, buffet food choice and daily variety,

we also enjoyed the pool area and the majority of the staff were very friendly and helpful

bit too noisy- nice atmospheric music during dinner would be nicer than a very loud music at the pool

everything included really meant it even the whiskey and the choice of food was excellent, heated pool

the pool is amazing but i want to give a special mention to a staff who is there as a intern and her

the breakfast, the pool was amazing

we had a room with a view of the pool and very close to all amenities

the pool was lively and pleasant but once i discovered the privacy of this beach spot i was hooked

kind including the managers when we had woken up late for breakfast but they still fed us, the pool was fun and clean, we had even been given suhoor on the first day of ramadan

the pool area was clean and tidy and the entertainment team were full of energy and great at their jobs

the food was amazing in the breakfast buffet with lots of options and a pool with slides for entertainment

all amazing, food great. staff at reception very helpful. pool is lovely

would have been better if a pool was heated as we visited and the weather wasn t as hot as summer so the pools were cold

the room was clean and the pool was also nice

thing which was annoying is the loud and heavy bass music which we had to put up with around the pool in the afternoons

the pool is lovely, with an amazing play area for children

mostapha from the reception, i got a fabulous room upgrade with an amazing sea and swimming pool view during my 4-day stay

the children's area was sufficient for us the hotel offers a heated indoor pool, so it's an option on cold days
