what is most enjoyable is the space, pool area, pet friendly and the staff.

the property is spectacular, the pool is not usully crowded (though it could be warmer), and the whole experience is first class (+)location couldn't be better, the rooms are large and up-to-date, the landscaping is gorgeous, the pool/hottub are big and inviting, the onsite restaurant and bar are top notch (+)was excellent, grounds were beautiful and the pool and hot tub were great (+) the art inside the hotel was amazing, the location was amazing, the steam room/hot tub/pool were wonderful (+) the spa was great, and we enjoyed the pool also (+) the warm pool was nice after a day walking around (-)pool area is small (+)the grounds and gardens. the pool!! (-)pool had a lot of bugs/leaves b/c of the tree. possibly cleaning it more often would be nice. (+) we didn't use all the facility (pool, spa, workout room) but it all seemed nice

we had car but to go for dinner and plazza where there is no parking this was so much more better

lastly, we appreciated the hotel shuttle service, which will drop you at different spots around town, within a few miles i believe

staff was very friendly, the pool and jacuzzi were salt water which is way better for your skin

the pool was closed for maintenance, but, since it was mid march, i doubt anyone would have anticipated
