the pool and hot tub closed at 10 pm. it should stay open until 11 pm.

i had some issues with not being notified the pool was not working but they went out of their way to make my experience exceptional

business center is just a seat (no pc, no printer), the pool was close, the breakfast is very basic

and they also worked overtime to get the pool up and running for us earlier than they normally open
