we let our kids go swimming in the pool there and we were at up by some flying tiny black bugs that were relentless

dirty dishes in dishwasher, no safe in room and pool was dirty

were nice but one lady ignored my son for several other customers even as he waited in line for a pool towel

drained slowly in shower, shower head was taped in place, provided shower shampoo was empty, pool shower was non working , and two of the four machines in the fitness room were broke

internet access was sporadic. jacuzzi not working, not clean pool was not clean!
