the amenities are thoughtfully maintained, and the pool is always a highlight—relaxing and rejuvenating every time

our room was clean and the spa pool and sauna are a nice option to have.

you can use sauna, whirlpool, gym (quite old and rusty), take part in yoga classes, bee dances and other classes and experiences

we weren't given any information about the use of the spa or the included breakfast which i am assuming makes up most of the nightly cost

to have a certain experience (very free spirited) but do not come here if you are looking for a spa hotel or a comfortable base to visit the volcanoes national park

all the extras including yoga mats, bikes, paddle boards available, outdoor pool, provisions market in lobby location on reeds bay

finally, i broke my leg and they so kindly gave us a handicap room near the pool so my son could swim and i wouldn't have to go far

liked everything they had to offer from bikes, clean water, massage, tropical pool, to their friendly staff

pool is beautiful but was not able to get in

we were very content on our balcony overlooking the bay and the swimming pool with its fantastic, well groomed tropical landscaping

hotel is older but remodeling, with a pretty location and pool

had a lovely room with a balcony that overlooked the pool and we could see the sea

location is on hilo bay which is easy access to the hotel pool and the ocean for swimming and other water activities

room was above the pool and there were loud voices at night past 10 when it should have been closed

the swimming pool now has railing along the side of the water for safety

the waterfall and the pool are amazing, with a nice round walking path

the activities and walking paths going down to the waterfall pool make this venue paradise

easy breezy walk down to the waterfall+pool

the highlight though was the on-site waterfall with a large pool where you can rent sups or kayaks

place to relax, best pool with waterfalls, beautiful, clean property and great staff and service
