was no breakfast, roches in the rooms, staff was very unfriendly, laundry facilities were bad, and druggies all over the place

we loved the pool, the breakfast and how close we were to bricktown and downtown okc

downside was we wanted to use the pool but it was full of people from the other hotels in the area

are loud, and in this location, being at the pool would be very noisy and harder to relax

we loved the convenience of the shuttle, and our driver was new and super-fun and helpful

the gal working the bar in the downstairs restaurant- forgive me for not remembering her name… she was very young and

the bar on the 7th floor had the most amazing views of the downtown

the lobby is beautiful, the rooms and beautiful, the back pool area is beautiful

we loved this hotel! it has a very nice pool area outside.

the swim pool was outside need a indoor pool!!

time i have used the pool, the trash has been overflowing and there were not enough towels to accommodate guests

biggest complaint with every hotel i stay at is i wish the pool were open a few hours later
