the pool hours were not clear, and the sign for the pool leads to a locked gate

no staff monitoring the pool, it was being used by people who were not guests.

the web site said breakfast and pool and they did not have either but my price stayed the same

we had a leaky faucet in the tub, and the pool was not clean enough to use.

the 4th floor was hot, and seemed a bit damp. also the pool area was not well kept.

yard cleaned and mowed and pool clean along with pathways blown daily
