very clean and comfortable room. nice balcony. enjoyable pool with loungers. great staff.

the pool is too small

they loved the pool,breakfast and how easy it was to walk to movietowne

the pool area and it should have a bar by the pool.

pool was perfect and easy to find a space to relax location is good and right next to movie

i mostly enjoyed the view from the pool area also check in and out were a breeze

loved the kapok , very comfortable beds, clean rooms, friendly helpful staff and we enjoyed the pool

grounds, pool, tiki restaurant, incredibly friendly staff

rooms were clean and comfortable, and the pool was quite refreshing

to the pool from the second floor, when leaving the elevator there should be a sign showing directions to

no matter the intensity of traffic because it is downtown, the pool is my oasis

the negative would be that my time was short and didn't get to experience the gym or pool

i didn't like how the pool was a little too shallow, it could've had a deeper side.

closing off of the pool was my only problem, totally understand the covid measures but judging from my first and

also going to town wasn't far the hotel was clean the lobby was clean even the outside and the pool area was

quiet environment. pool was clean. room was cozy.

was exceptional, food nice, ambience, the bedroom are super huge the pool is well out together

cleanliness , excellent staff ( kitchen , front desk , pool area ) .. definitely a future stay .

the bar and pool are nothing to rave about, though if you have kids, the pool is good

only thing is that we didn't get to use the pool due to an event that was my only problem
