nice..we enjoyed our stay, the room, the pool, close to lakes, definitely would be back!

the pool and hot tub were nice and there was a restaurant in the hotel that was very yummy

there a few people was smoking in the pool area

it's close to downtown bellevue, has amazing amenities (pool, basketball court, full gym, tennis courts, etc, and very good service

also, the pool was pretty small and was super crowded, so hard to find a spot in the sun

on location, the room was beautiful, there were many amenities through the club (wellness, gyms, pools, etc)

were disappointed to find the pool and jacuzzi out of order, but it was the same way at the other comfort inn we stayed at

are comfortable, staff are welcoming, grounds are lovely, the pool is warm with a fun tiki theme, the myriad restaurants on site

they also have a huge salt water pool and a movie theater showing a current release

this holtel is so cool, so much to see just in the building and the grounds pool and restaurants were amazing

the fault of the hotel at all, but the pool was closed due to season and covid

the price was a bit on the high side. it was a bummer that the pool and hot tub were closed.

we weren't able to use the pool, but its setup looks like a mini version of a luxury resort

little to mitigate noise--and we had noisy neighbors in the hallway and below the window in the pool area

from the very beginning we liked everything: reception staff, our room, free pool and shuttle

staff was super nice and helpful and i loved that the pool was open late so we got atleast a little time in it

only thing that could be improved was the cleanliness inside the pool itself at the deep end
