the swimming pool and spa facilities were lovely too
to the hotel, but by booking with booking,com i discovered that i had to pay extra to use the pool 10 p
was a nice central area ,the restaurant was nice and the spa and pool were wonderful ,the room was very

the only negative is that the swimming pool is very small

fact that we had specifically searched for and booked a hotel with pool- but when we got there, we were told that pool wasn t in operation - which defeated the
son hairdryers
the pool was a nice warm temp and an excellent jacuzzi
could have had a pool table or dart board in the pub area.
all of the staff were excellent, so friendly and helpful. i loved the gym and the pool.

wasn’t able to use pool sauna as we arrived 7.30pm which is a shame
wanted a hotel with a pool and spa, and a short distance from bath for a wind down overnight stay
helpful male staff in pool reception who helped me retrieve my locker token and was very careful to make sure no one was

pool area could get a little overcrowded
room clean, beds really comfy. nice shower. the swimming pool and spa were great.

swimming pool facilities 10/10
swimming pool quiet and well maintained, bedrooms was huge and comfy beds
also at the pool they gave towel to use each time, meaning i didn't have to use the one from the room when
good location, charming staff, pool and leisure facilities included
and the swimming pool was the main reason we booked
