the thermal suite was so relaxing and the pool and jacuzzi were fab

it's not that i didn't like the pool area, it could do with modernisation.

my boys loved the pool it was lovely and warm

the swimming pool was a bit small and crowded

it felt like we were on a cruise ship - lots and lots of old people, single demographic group - pool felt like a municipal pool and you had to wear a hat

the room to use when it got too hot - the mountain view is amazing - plenty of parking - swimming pool and gym facilities were

room was extraordinary clean, sadly can't say the same about the showers in the pool or in library

the staff could be a little more friendly,not talking about front desk staff and pool area staff they were amazing

the next morning, we enjoyed a relaxing dip in the pool, and we were captivated by the design and layout of the spa and pool areas

thought the water in the spa pool was too cold

we both used the pool 3 times and it was beautiful and the outdoor hot tub
