spa was good but a bit high priced, pool and gym facilities were great

when we complained about misinformation about the pool, they gave us a credit and the staff was very nice

the view from the room was amazing, sledding, ice skating, and the outside warm pool was awesome

the outside pool can use a better access when its snowing. it was too slippery.
