very disappointed that we were not told that the pool was not open
took my kids to the pool and there was no sign posted or anything and while they were swimming we was the notified by
pool is small and outdoors but clean and nice
stated had indoor pool but didn’t and that was the reason i booked 2 rooms there
did not like that thete were never any towels for the pool

convenient to road atlanta and eating, nice pool, nice room.
loved the view from the balconies. also the inside pool was so nice.

internet pictured an indoor pool. after looking we didn't find one.

pool was cold for my girls. they didn’t stay in it long because it was so cold
the indoor pool but it should stay open all night

pool needs to be fixed
the water pressure in the shower. indoor pool had no working heater,too cold to use
the room was nice and the pool was good. water pressure was great.
didn't like that there indoor pool was freezing cold and i was not a fan of there breakfast

the pool was also closed for most of my stay, which i had looked forward to using
i loved that the pool was indoors because we have a little baby and having the pool on the inside was better for her
i think there could definitely be more parking and definitely the pool needed to be warm

pool was small.
my kids loved the pool and the outside patio with fireplace is great for drinks or relaxing
my children enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub more than they did snow island

i loved everything just wish the pool wasn’t so cold but other than that no complaints
