warm pool, clean room, pleasant staff.
pool could have been a little warmer, the hot tub was very sudsy, pretty gross
the breakfast was good, the pool was nice but the hot tub was
clean and friendly staff. they have a continental breakfast and a pool an sauna.

seemed to be short on staff. no towels in the pool area.
when we called and asked about the pool they said it was heated, when we tried to go in the pool it was cold and they were going to
pool did not open until 10:00am
we all thought the pool could have been a little warmer. and we felt the price was a little
very comfortable, good value stay in alpena. modern facilities with a nice pool.

the pool area was awesome, had mini golf, hot tub, sauna, pool table
was a nice hotel with great entertainment
like that their pool area was actually opened
the only issue i had was that there were too many little kids running around the pool area unsupervised
the pool and arcade for my grandkids when i visit
