nice pool and sauna facilities

pool was a bit disappointing

the pool was full of kids, it was half term

relaxing place, pool, quiet night, amazing food and this time so much improvement on breakfast as they went buffet

swimming lessons were taking place in the pool when we were there, that bit wasn't so

the room spotless, the food amazing, location was outstanding and pool and spa facilities really nice and not to large

leisure facilities could do with a upgrade the pool was ok but slightly cold and the jacuzzi was cold with cold water jets, not something i have

the pool in the spa clean & warm & having to book a slot to swim meant it wasn't overcrowded

member of staff (reception, dining, pool and cleaners) were very friendly (+) the hot tub and pool steam room were all great as were the treatments (massages) (-)bar as my mobility is bad and use a walking stick however for evening meal and to get to the pool or treatment area and evening meal bar it was hard to get there (+)enjoyed the swimming pool, steam room, sauna, sports bar very nice and the hotel did a activity for the children which (+)use of the swimming pool was great. good way to relax at the end of a busy day. (+) swimming pool and spa area was clean and not to busy so i was able to enjoy some down time (-)a minor issue was that towels are not provided for hotel guest using the pool. (+) the gym and pool were lovely too (+)hotel with big room, clean and comfortable pool was lovely and warm with nice facilities bar was good food bed was comfy breakfast lots of (+)everything was fantastic ~ we were able to use the jacuzzi, sauna & steam rooms & swimming pool free of charge before check in and after check out (+)leather was ripped and single glazed windows, but for the price its reflected to some dgree, the pool is wkd, jacuzzi is awesome, changing rooms and gym are great with lots of weights and machines

good for the kids. clean and the grounds were nice.

swimming pool was a good size, had designated lanes for swimming and for kids

paid 32 for breakfast but ended up walking out without eating it, as there was a group in the corner of the

wifi reception in our room very poor

hotel handily placed for my needs. swimming pool & facilities a definite bonus.

staff were extremely friendly, we had access to the pool and extra coffee and utensils were available if and when required

the spa and pool area exceeded expectations but it s the friendliness of the staff that really stands out

staff were attentive the hotel had all you wish for the pool was smashing the breakfast great and the bar half price cocktails on friday night happy hour

although busy, it never felt crowded and the pool area was lovely
