one of the best hotels in alton it wasn’t more than i expected (206 +security deposit) love the pool and the leds in it

work the coffee maker had very old dirty distilled water in it the sliding glass doors to the pool don’t open even though front desk lied and told us they would(they were literally all bolted

things have opened up from our past months of covid, i appreciate that this hotel still keeps its pool & fitness center closed, & has a masked employee serve buffet items to guests, instead of

fridge ,a broken glass in the dishwasher with some other plates ,the card keys didn't open the pool door or the room door the second day of our stay,the water in the pool was colder than we

pool area is a little small, and the parking lot is a little tight when they are busy

i wish the pool would have been heated.

did not use indoor pool or exercise equipment, but they looked very nice

pool was not open/ not advertised closed fire pit was not available because covid vaccine nurses
