we used the pool and it was an overall great experience
but pool area could use some shade or more garden area to sit outside

pool pump was damaged by lightening
while we didn’t get to enjoy the pool this time, it looked like a lot of fun for the families who were in it
was nice, room is clean, pool is nice and warm and the hotel is accessible to a lot of place
breakfast was a bonus, as well as pool and gym
i only stayed overnight so i didn't use the gym or pool, and i didn't eat breakfast

the pool was a cool relief for the heat, and was very clean
clean rooms, comfortable bed, and a nice, heated indoor pool and hot tub
the kids enjoyed the inside swimming pool and gym
pool area was great for my kids and loved they had hot cocoa for the kids on the coffee bar.
wish the pool was open but i understand covid 19 has hurt us all so im not mad just a liitle sad i have stay

clean and well laid out for easy access to buildings, main office, breakfast, and pool
said indoor pool in the description but it was outside in an area

staff the hotel in general was nice my daughter enjoyed the pool
i loved the indoor pool so you could even go swimming in bad weather
the hotel was great! very pet friendly. the room was clean and the patio and pool were perfect.

pool hours not long enough,no ice machine nor breakfast
the pool was closed, but we knew that due to covid.
all vending machines are empty pool is broken
the pool and restaurant were closed
