only issue we had was that the indoor pool and spa facilities, which were marketed as year-round amenities, turned out to be

had asked for a room right by the elevators by the pool but i was given a room at the othe end of the hotel by the elevators

no microwave in the room, we did need it, people smoking at the swimming pool, didn't like that either

was very nice but the pool was very cold and the hot tub was not hot

as you enter the hotel you are greeted and welcomed and the room is cozy ànd comfortable the pool is excellent,i have no complaints i give it two thumbs up
