even with the covid the pool was open but my stay was so short i didn't get to take advantage of it
the pool area has a large hospitality area, the lobby is huge by todays standards

it has a great physical layout, design materials, room decor, excellent breakfast, well-designed pool area and access to the great allegheny passage
