disappointed pool and hot tub out of order
facility, the people were very nice, there was a hot breakfast not just cereal and they had a pool

i called ahead of booking to make sure the pool and hot tub were in working order
clean, loved that coffee and tea available 24/7. breakfast had a nice variety. pool was heated.

a pool would have been great but not a necessity
wasn't aware that the hotel pool was not accessible
the pool floor was gritty and it was a bit cold.
website shows a pool. there isn't one. that's why we chose this. hot tub was dirty
