heated pool wasn't working properly during our stay so we couldn't use it

it was only one elevator & at times it gave problems, indoor pool was not open....

pool, down the hall, was unbelievably noisy

just wish there was an outdoor pool as well

the kids loved the pool.

pool was great! staff was very nice! and breakfast was delicious!

the pool it just needed to be cleaned out daily

elevator,, i only seen staff when i checked in breakfast was terrible milk was rotten the pool was locked really didn't matter it was filthy by for the worst best western we stayed

also indoor pool and hot tub broke with no water in either

had only three legs so it would fall over when we attempted to open it, the bathroom by the pool was very dirty and never had paper towels in it, the room was dirty, breakfast started at 7 am

they closed the pool due to a hole in the ceiling

swimming pool main reason i got the room for my kids birthday and the water was freezing cold
